Your information
Privacy Policy
How MyriaChat handles information when you browse our website, start a voice conversation, send an enquiry, or join a list.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
MyriaChat is a conversational AI experience offered by Myria Consulting. We use information to provide the experiences you choose to use, respond to enquiries, protect the service, and improve our website where permitted. Please do not share confidential, highly sensitive, or regulated personal information through public demonstrations.
1. Who is responsible
This policy covers the MyriaChat website and its publicly available voice and multi-agent demonstrations, operated by Myria Consulting. For privacy requests, contact info@myriaconsulting.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide: contact details and messages in forms, waitlist submissions (such as name, email and company), and information volunteered during conversations or lead-qualification demos.
Voice and conversation data: if you initiate a voice session and grant microphone access, audio and associated text or transcripts may be processed to generate responses, execute available demo tools, and support agent handoffs. Browser-based demo data may also be kept in temporary application state or saved to local storage when you explicitly use a local-save feature.
Technical information: IP address, device/browser data, approximate location derived from network traffic, pages requested and security diagnostics may be processed by hosting infrastructure. Waitlist functionality currently records an IP address and user-agent string with submissions.
3. Why we use this information
We process information to provide the site and selected AI features, respond to requests, manage contacts or waitlist subscriptions, troubleshoot and protect the service, and fulfil legal obligations. Where you opt into analytics, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated traffic and page performance.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. Marketing messages, if offered, require an appropriate permission or another lawful basis and provide available opt-out options.
4. AI voice and third-party providers
The Realtime voice demonstrations connect to OpenAI services to process conversation inputs and generate responses. Voice processing begins when you choose to start a session and grant microphone access. Browser permission can be withdrawn through your browser settings; ending the session stops further live microphone transmission by the app.
Service providers may include Vercel (hosting and opt-in site analytics), OpenAI (AI inference), Resend (transactional/contact email), and Neon/PostgreSQL (data storage for supported forms). Each provider may process information according to its applicable service arrangements and configurations.
We have not verified a single fixed retention period for all upstream AI processing. Provider-side processing and retention may differ from local application state. Do not assume voice audio or transcripts are never retained by infrastructure or AI service providers.
5. Cookies, local storage and analytics
MyriaChat uses browser storage to remember your privacy preferences and may use local storage for user-initiated demo functions. Hosting or security services may also use necessary technical storage.
Vercel Web Analytics is designed to measure anonymous, aggregated website traffic without placing analytics cookies. On MyriaChat, its browser component is mounted only after you enable the Analytics category in Privacy Preferences. Marketing trackers are not currently connected.
You can reject optional categories, accept them, or change your choice later on the Privacy Preferences page. Analytics is disabled until you choose to allow it.
7. Retention and security
We aim to retain personal information only as long as needed for legitimate business, legal, or operational purposes, considering the nature of the data and the relevant provider configuration. Temporary browser-session data may disappear when a demo ends, while saved browser notes remain on your device until removed.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online transmission, application or AI service can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information, ask about its use, withdraw certain consents, or request deletion where permitted. You may also manage browser microphone permissions and clear locally stored demo records.
Send requests or concerns to info@myriaconsulting.com. We may need information to verify identity and identify the records related to your request. You may also have the right to contact the relevant privacy regulator.
9. Children and policy changes
The public business demos are not designed for children. Please avoid providing information about minors through public voice experiences. We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal requirements change. The date above will indicate the current version.
