Using MyriaChat
Terms of Use
These terms describe the conditions that apply to use of the public MyriaChat website and its interactive demonstrations.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Use apply when you access the public MyriaChat website and its voice, lead-qualification and multi-agent demonstrations. MyriaChat is presented by Myria Consulting. By using the site, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you disagree, please stop using the service.
2. Demonstration features
AI experiences on this site are exploratory demonstrations. Their content, tool actions, agent handoffs, availability and outcomes may change. Some examples save information only in the current browser or demo state; they do not necessarily create a customer record, send an email, book an appointment, or update an external system.
A conversation with a demonstration does not create a consulting engagement, commercial commitment or service-level agreement. Separate written arrangements are required for paid services or customized deployments.
3. Appropriate use
Use MyriaChat lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt availability, bypass rate limits or security controls, access another person's information, introduce malicious code, or use the service to violate third-party rights. Do not submit secrets, payment details, health records or other highly sensitive information to the public demonstrations.
4. AI-generated information
AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Verify important information independently before acting on it. Demo output is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a qualified professional or an authorized business decision-maker.
5. Information you submit
You are responsible for information you choose to submit and for ensuring you have the necessary rights or permissions to provide it. You grant permission to process your submitted information as needed to operate the service and respond to your requests, subject to our Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your underlying content to us.
6. Intellectual property
MyriaChat branding, site content, designs and software are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable law. You may view the site for legitimate personal or business evaluation, but you may not reproduce or redistribute protected materials without permission or another applicable legal right.
7. Third-party services
The platform may depend on external providers for hosting, AI inference, email or data storage. These services can have their own terms and may experience outages or operational changes. External links and third-party resources are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or availability.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue public demonstrations and related features to maintain security, address operational issues, or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular demonstration will remain accessible.
9. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public demonstrations are made available on an as-is, as-available basis without guarantees of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. We are not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on unverified AI-generated content.
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer protections, privacy rights, liability or other legal obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
10. Governing law and contact
Subject to mandatory laws that apply where you live, these terms are governed by the laws of Québec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Questions about these terms can be directed to info@myriaconsulting.com.
11. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the version published on this page. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
